Expedited Service Policy

At Dozer Machine LLC, we strive to provide the best possible service and meet our clients’ deadlines. However,
please note that no expedited services can be processed until all materials and tooling are on hand and available in
the shop. Our standard lead time for production is typically 2-5 weeks, depending on the complexity and scope of
the job. However, the actual lead time can only be determined at the time of the quote or order.
For customers requiring faster service, we offer the following expedited options:

Option 1: 1-Week Expedited Service
• Cost: A 20% increase in the total invoice cost.
• Details: Once all materials and tooling are on hand, your job will be prioritized and placed on the machine within 1
week.

Option 2: Next Available Slot Expedited Service
• Cost: A 40% increase in the total invoice cost.
• Details: Once all materials and tooling are on hand, your job will be scheduled as the next job on the machine
after the current job is completed.

Option 3: Immediate Priority Expedited Service
• Cost: A 50% increase in the total invoice cost.
• Details: Once all materials and tooling are on hand, the current job on the machine will be torn down and
replaced with your job, ensuring it is set up immediately.

Important Notes:
1. Expedited service requests will only be processed after confirmation that all necessary materials and
tooling have arrived and are available for production.
2. Lead times for expedited services are based on the availability of materials and tooling, and delays in
receiving materials may affect the timeline.
3. Expedited fees are applied as a percentage increase to the total invoice cost, and are non-negotiable.
4. Standard lead times, based upon current workload and complexity, apply to all orders unless expedited
service is requested.
5. Expedited service only affects how quickly your job is placed into production and does not change the run
time or length of the job itself.

To request expedited service, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order
details. We will confirm material availability and provide an estimated timeline based on the selected option.

Purchase Order Cancellation Policy

Labor and materials – Customer is responsible for all labor and material costs incurred up to the
date of cancellation.

Cancellation fee – An additional charge equal to the greater of $500 or 15% of the original
purchase order value will apply.

Explanation:
This policy ensures that costs already incurred, along with administrative and scheduling impacts, are recovered in the event of a cancellation. The cancellation fee is separate from labor and material charges and is intended to offset disruptions, lost capacity, and missed opportunities caused by the order being cancelled after work has begun.
